I'm always looking for a nice hack to make my life easier. Some of these are pretty impressive with how elegant of a solution they are. I'm definitely going try to de-stem my herbs with the cheese grater.

For whatever reason if a whole branzino is on a menu I usually get it. Don't know why. I guess I like the presentation. Which is why I'll probably be making it home soon using the recipe in the America's Test Kitchen video.

Cajun Parmesan Salmon Is Just The Kick You Need
Cajun seasoning transforms salmon from bleh to oh yeah!

1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
4 (4-oz.) fillets salmon (preferably wild)
2 tsp. Cajun seasoning, diived
Freshly ground black pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 c. low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
Juice of 1 lemon
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. freshly chopped parsley, plus more for garnish
2 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan
Lemon slices, for serving


Parmesan Crusted Chicken
This parmesan crusted chicken recipe has juicy chicken nestled in a crispy breading! It’s easy to make for a quick family dinner.

Servings: 4

2 large chicken breasts
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup flour
2 eggs
2/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/2 heaping teaspoon Italian seasoning
3 tablespoons olive oil divided


Italian Baked Beans and Greens
Italian Baked Beans & Greens w/ cannellini beans, lacinato kale & marinara sauce, baked until golden and bubbling. Vegetarinan, Vegan-adaptable.

4 cups cannellini beans or white beans (cooked, or 2 x 14-ounce cans, drained)
1 tablespoon olive oil

2 sprigs thyme
1 garlic clove, crushed

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
